How will you make an impact in this role?
As a Generative AI, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions to optimize our business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities. The role requires a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and programming, as well as a deep understanding of financial services.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships for actionable insights
- Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Build predictive models and conduct scenario analysis to support forecasting and decision-making processes
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI models and algorithms to improve business processes and drive innovation in the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop AI solutions that solve complex problems and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct extensive data analysis and research to identify patterns, trends, and outliers in large datasets, drawing meaningful conclusions to inform decision-making processes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models and algorithms, with a strong focus on financial services applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and Keras, with a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization tools such as R, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and markets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
