Job Description:
- Liaison between O9 and Demand Planning Teams and be the SPOC for O9 from side
- Be responsible for all Data Inputs and Uploads into O9 for forecast generation
- Update O9 Cycle Calendars for timely activities in O9
- Perform hygiene checks to ensure data flow and calculations in O9 are pristine
- Raise tickets for any bugs in O9 and ensure resolution of the same by coordinating with the Customer Success Team of O9.
- Perform basic analysis on the forecast and do a comparative study with S&OP forecast to find anomalies (extremely low/high forecast, flat forecast, etc.)
- Ensure timely submission of all forecast related reports to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the improvement of the processes and information systems related to his/her activity and be the referent of his/her job in his/her country
- Structure processes and ensure adherence to drive improvements in his role
- Prepare, monitor, and report the key metrics around the Planning process including, Forecast Accuracy/BIAS, FVA, Forecast Fidelity, Forecast Adherence – and accountable to drive structural improvements around these metrics
- Responsible to manage the communication between key stakeholders within & outside the organization
Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence decision making across functions and with management teams
- Strong MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong business acumen
- Understanding of different forecasting techniques and good analytical skills
- Knowledge of different planning systems and experience in planning processes
- Ability to understand complex problems and use structured problem-solving techniques to solve them
- Knowledge of O9 Tool will be preferred
