Job Description:
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and scheduling interviews.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information and processing updates.
- We are seeking HR professionals who can support HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and administration efficiently and effectively.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Familiarity with HR software and strong computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Ability to prioritize important projects.
