Job Description:
- Work with multiple cross-functional teams to create and provide analysis
- Assist the services organization with various analysis
- Utilize tools/applications to gather inputs required to perform analysis
- Work with management on ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
- Updating, creating, and supporting databases and reports with key metrics to guide strategic decisions
- Identifying and gathering relevant and quality data sources to address problems and recommending strategy through testing or exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Integrating and transforming disparate data sources
- Creating dashboards and handling data requests from the business
- Collaborate with team members to collect, review, and analyze data
- Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of Data Analyst or Financial experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced Skills in MS Office applications specifically Excel, but including Word, and Outlook
- Understanding of financial and business processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial and metrics based reports
- Understanding of IT services business
- Ability to work independently, proactive, self motivator
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate well (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and MULE
- Expertise with charting and other data visualization techniques
- Experience in data analytics and statistics skills
- Ability to summarize key findings
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
