Job Description:
- Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the teams goal.
- The current requirement is to on board a candidate, who can support onboarding of new users to our Application
- The associate will be working in one of the strategic projects of BNP Paribas and will help in enhancing applications to be used by Corporate Clients
- The candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and experience in multi-geographical work model
Requirements:
- Basic Excel skills to track user requests and generate reports
- Basic knowledge of SQL to write simple Select Update queries
- Must have good communication skills
- Basic knowledge in any defect tracking tools / Jira
