Job Description:
Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- Quality Assurance (Java, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. In this key role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying, and documenting bugs, and working with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in QA, Java, Selenium, Cypress, and/or Playwright are highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Exhibit superior levels of ownership and accountability in coordinating all requests from clients.
- Experienced working in an Agile setup – preferably Safe Agile methodology
- Ready to do a hands-on role.
- Strong communication skills
Responsibility:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective test plans and strategies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Drive the implementation of best practices for test automation, including framework design, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Mentor team members on automation techniques and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Analyze test results and provide insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in software quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and automation to drive innovation and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and ensure timely delivery of quality release.
