Job Description Trainee (Genesys):
- As a Genesys Project Trainee, you will be an integral part of our Genesys project team, with a structured path that starts with in-depth training.
- During this training period, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and become well-versed in Genesys technologies, such as Genesys Routing, Workforce Engagement (WWE), and Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
- As you progress through the training program, you will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to the success of our projects, ensuring a solid foundation in contact center solutions before actively participating in project work.
Requirements:
- 0.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in the related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Node.js or JavaScript
